Hello,
I'm switching jobs half way through my contract. I've been at my current school for just over 6 months and will be switching to a new job on September 1st. I have received a release letter from my current school. My question is, do I have to submit additional copies of my criminal record check, health check or notarized degree to immigration or my new school? |

No, if your current visa was issued (as a new visa) in 2011.
You need:
ARC
passport
LOR
new contract
copy of new employers business registration
letter of guarantee (sponsorship form)
application
fee (60k for the transfer and 30k for the extension out to 1 year).
