Thanks, Schwa, for mentioning carrot juice and the possibility of overdosing on vitamin A. I searched and found the following link which says that it's impossible to overdose on vitamin A as a result of drinking too much carrot juice. The body (as you can read in the link) converts beta carotene into vitamin A. The vitamin A is stored in the liver. When the liver is 'full up' of the maximum intake of vitamin A the beta carotene stops being coverted to vitamin A, and flows off into the body showing up in a yellow/orange cast to the hands and feet, usually. There are huge benefits to guzzling fresh juices but I have been taking in too much carrot juice. Why not mix it with some other live fruit/vegetable juice, cutting down on the beta carotene.
The bosses at school are taxed, overworked. I gave them carrot juice and they stopped drinking it. At first they said it caused them stomach upset but then the truth came out that they noticed their skin becoming orange, and you know how concerned Korean ladies are about having 'white/pale skin'.
Thanks again, Schwa. Here's the link http://website.lineone.net/~stolarczyk/nutrition.html
Drinking the raw juice of vegetables and fruits has huge benefits and greatly boosts energy. Working with kids is a huge kick when you're up to it. Juicing helps!

SS- I'm trying to remember if you're the one teaching tons of 20-30 minute classes. That can be a brain overload and result in stress.

Also- someone mentioned iron. I can't count the women who weren't getting the amount of iron they needed and so had the black rings and were tired much of the time.

Also- studies have shown that florescent lighting makes people tired- zaps their energy. Spending too much time in the office can't be healthy. Dipping in and out between breaks can help.

tuna007: It's Anemic, not eniemic! Sounds like you want to give an enema!!! Laughing Don't know how much that would help with the dark circles unless the OP is full of....!!! Wink

(sorry...I usually don't like people who correct grammar and spelling, but this one just cracked me up!)
