I've just commenced the The McCombs Plan aka, LIFEFORCE PLAN (Jefferey McCombs). It's a regiment that helps to rid the body of candida albicans.
It's not too shabby. The strict "no yeast" diet is quite dificult, but my appettite has really gone down. I will keep you posted on how things develope. Wish me luck!! |

Looks interesting.
As a general rule, I'm big on avoiding most carbs and white foods so this makes sense to me.
I like the sweating part of it. Any excuse to hit the sauna is a good one, IMO. |

| Ive gained a crapload of weight since moving to Korea. I started at 127kg and have gone down to 121.9 in 2 weeks (my goal weight is around 87kg) Ive started Power 90 (precursor to P90X) in the morning, 30 more minutes of cardio in the afternoon and cut out gluten for more lean protein and fruits/veggies. Ive got to say, feeling a whole lot better already. Hope to be at my goal by May next year. |

Another update on my weight loss to date:
28 February 2011 = 110kg
21 March 2011 = 108kg
10 April 2011 = 105kg
|
10 August 2011 = 94kg
So that is 16 kg over 20 weeks so far.
My ultimate goal is 80kg. I think I can do it over the next 2 months.
My diet is a bit extreme - I drink only water. I have done it for 5 days already once then this week I started again and have been going for 6 days. I hope to not eat until the end of next week. With a water fast you lose alot of weight. You also havea lack of energy.
Also I have been exercising at the gym and swimming. But during my fast not much exercise. |

Went back to America. Bought size 00 at American Eagle, 2 at Anthropologie, and 4 at Urban Outfitters.
Stores need to get their merde together. (pardon, French) |
