I'm looking to hit the gym and try to get in better shape. The problem is it's been a while and I'm not sure what the optimal regime would be. Anyone know of any good websites about working out or choosing a regime? Appreciate the help! |

Excercise how-to's, sample work-outs, lots of stuff to keep you busy in the gym. |

I'm looking for an online input database or excel sheet that has already been set up for us to just input our daily reps/counts/etc. that catalogues the numbers and dates for each workout - some kind of database table that already has the categories in there. Does anyone know of something like this online somewhere? |
