The writer is a teat. The boat looks reasonably ok.

The issue is that they're calling it a cruise ship, not the state of the ship itself.

Oh yeah, let's tee off some more on North Korea, that's a real challenge. Maybe we can slip in some comments about Bangladesh as well, they're lacking in modern amenities too. Oh, and Iraq, so behind, your war's been over for ages as well, get with it already, and you deserved every bomb that was dropped on you.
