and only thing that came up was a Traffic misdemeanor which to my knowledge is not detrimental to me applying i was arrested though if that makes a difference?

the Rep. @ my State CBC (Colorado) said that my juvenile record is not reported to the FBI and that i can assume that since it didn't show up here, i should be ok?

i have three things on my juvenile record, nothing major but i thought playing it safe is better:

2 curfew violations by minor (CO has a curfew midnight or something
&
1 underage drinking

these three i thought i would have to get sealed but since it doesn't show up, should i still go to court and get them sealed or more importantly, worry that they might show up on my FBI CBC?

Did you get a state background check or an FBI background check?

they shouldnt show up on your FBI check, but the only way to know for sure is to get it done.

I am pretty sure those things won't show up on your FBI CBC. I had similar offenses when I was a reckless youth and none of them showed up on my CBC. Also, I was never arrested. When I have gotten my FBC CBC in the mail it just said "no arrest record found." So I am assuming as long as you haven't been arrested then you are fine. On a side note it took about 4 to 6 weeks for my CBC to get back to me from the FBI. Some people on here say 3 to 4 months. I really don't know what they are talking about.
