iHerb has met another one of my requests for peanut flour:

http://www.iherb.com/Protein-Plus?rcode=KUJ012

This stuff is awesome to mix in with your protein shakes or oatmeal without all the fat and calories.

1/4 cup is 110 calories, 4g of fat and 16g of protein.

You only need 1 or 2 tablespoons to mix in your shakes or oatmeal to get that peanut butter flavour. I am a huge peanut butter lover and this helps with my cravings without adding to my thighs.

I've also used it in baking my cookies and bread. Love this stuff.

I've also asked them to bring in PB2. This stuff here: http://www.bellplantation.com/ which is even better and they recently let me know that they are more than likely to bring it in.

Another one of my requests have been met with Bell Plantation PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter:

http://www.iherb.com/Bell-Plantation?rcode=KUJ012

This stuff is awesome if you love peanut butter but don't want all the calories and fat. I mix 2 tbsp with a little honey and water and it's so good, especially with apples.

They also brought in a bunch of Burt's Bees products recently:

iHerb no longer has the international airmail option ($4 shipping fee). I guess because too many packages have been lost or stolen. Instead they brought in Direct Korea Postal which comes with a tracking number and is delivered within 4-7 days. It doesn't seem to have a limit of items that you are allowed in the package like the CJ GLS shipping option which only allows you 6 items.

Anyway, they are having a shipping sale 30% off and it ends Dec. 31st.

I'm just now noticing they brought the international mail back. The administer on the iHerb facebook page informed me that that option would no longer be available but I guess they changed their minds.

The Korea Postal service is only available to those with a Korean Residence Number. Alien Registration numbers do not work. Luckily, I was able to use my mom's KRN today. If you know anyone in Korea that will trust you with their KRN, you would be able to use it in your account so you can place your order through the Direct Korea Postal option. It is very convenient that you are able to order as many items as you want through that option and right now with the 30% discount, the shipping is so cheap. My order was just under 16 pounds with 17 items and it only cost me $18.55 to ship.

I'm starting to become a big fan of iHerb. They have tons of good stuff, decent prices, and a really good search function for the most part on their website. CJ shipping, as previously mentioned, is also pretty damn quick. Feel free to use the coupon code: ABI474.

On a side note, does anyone know where I can find almond milk or almond milk powder in Seoul or nearby?

My order that I placed via Korea Direct Postal was shipped out on Dec. 26th and I just received it today. Super fast shipping and I like that I was able to track the package online the whole time it was in transit.

Yes!!!! They have Dr. Bronner's soap on here!!!! I use it for everything and am allergic to pretty much everything else. I have really sensitive skin and I'm allergic to sulfates. Soap/shampoo in Korea is always a pain for me as I have to bring enough to fill a suitcase and then have my parents ship some from home once that runs out. Problem solved!! I'm so happy... thank you.

Additionally, any order of $60 or more receives a 5% discount, but that's pretty much always, from what I can tell.

Yes, new discounts. Use KOL914 for a 10$ discount on orders over 40$ and an additional 5% on orders over 60$. Shipping is 4-6$ (depending on which shipping method you use). Really fast shipping to Korea. 4-10 days.
