I am looking for a private school position. My visa documents will be ready next month, should I apply to recruiters now? Or Should I wait until my documents are ready to go, and then apply to recruiters?

Private school (k-12) or hagwan (kindy/after school language academy); it makes a difference.

If you were referring to a hagwan then watch, read and learn so you don't get burned. When you have your documents in hand, apply.

NOTHING will happen until you have your documents in hand. When you are ready the process, depending on how picky you are, will take from as little as 21 days (application to boarding the plane) to as long as 3-4 months.

.

I was referring to a private school. I had a friend who told me some recruiters wont even help you until you have your documents in hand, but I didnt know how true that was.
