I would think that a lot of new arrivals (I can't bring myself to use the word "newbies" without feeling ridiculous) are wondering why a lot of people on that ESL cafe site talk as if we all arrived and stumbled around blindly and overwhelmed hoping that the people on Dave's would sort things out for us. Razz

We don't have them in our school, so I haven't come across any in the work place for about 24 months now.
