That's easy: "Kung Fu" - 1972, starring David Carradine. I'm talking about the pilot for the television series, which was a self-contained full-length movie. But the TV series was of equally high quality.
Watch it. It is a very spiritual experience.
"Kung Fu Panda"???
That's about as authentic as a Swanson's Chinese TV dinner. |

| I don't recall the title but at the end the hero defeats the villain by combining 4-5 different martial arts styles. It was a 70s flick. |

| Nice! A lot of great suggestions here. It's been a while since I watched a good Kung Fu movie, so I'll watch one of these tomorrow. Thanks, all! |

Ong Bak movies just arent up to the hype. Its a lot of flashy stuff BUT if you watch it, they pull hella slow and Jaa has wayyyy too much time to react. Donnie Yen actually has had a lot of martial arts films in his background however lately he has been incorporating a lot of MMA like style into his movies. But his remake of Fist Of Legend wasnt too bad.
actually a lot of his movies are great to me.
Dragon Tiger Gate
Flash point
Sha Po Lang
Fist of legend
Fist of Legend 2: The return of Chen Zen ( GREAT movie)
And i noticed no one said any of his films, but there is a great wu shu martial artist named Wu Jing (Jacky Wu) who is very impressive especially with plum blossom whip (metal chain whip) some of his movies that i love
Legendary Assassin
Sha po Lang (was the bad guy!)
Fatal Contact
Invisible Target
Fatal Move
Shaolin
Ah i have so many to name, im obsessed with martial arts and movies lol blame it on my asian blood haha |

| @roguefishfood Have you seen Iron Monkey? He was a supporting actor but his choreography was better in that movie... |
