fair enough but you might have more chance of finding someone there interested.....most on here are E2 holders and thus ineligible... and most seem to have migrated over to waygook judging by the lack of posts.

Good luck though...I understand the hassle of scanning your ARC etc to join....but it's a good little community without the drama that goes on here. There are a few expat hagwon owners there too....

Right now I've got 6 people who have showed interest in buying and I am showing the school to one person this weekend. I have until March to sell, so if I can't find anyone qualified I will probably go to AFEK.

Interestingly, I did advertise on Waygook but have not had any replies there.

This looks like a great opportunity. Just out of curiosity, do you speak Korean, or does your wife handle the mothers herself?

I speak some Korean, but for cultural reasons, it is much easier and better to have my wife handle the parents.

As I said, it is a Mom & Pop operation. I take care of teaching and curriculum and my wife runs the business end of things (which includes talking to the parents).
