i see. i'm not too familiar with the public school system.

the hiring process does seem more legitimate though. is there a specific weighting system for EPiK/GEPiK? like experience > GPA, or Education major > experience, etc.? if you're an education major with a high GPA, i don't see why you wouldn't be able to get a job in Seoul or Gyeonggi.

hagwons seem to have a totally different scale, ie. white female > everything.
