If you're into live music, come to Club Spot in Hongdae. There's a discount on entry for anyone in a costume. It's definitely the only live music costume party in Hongdae, and the only one I know of in Seoul. Places like Freebird, FF, etc. call their shows a "Halloween Party" but there's nothing different from what they do every other weekend.

Earlier in the evening (9ish) Seoul Players will be screening Rocky Horror complete with live cast and (we hope) audience participation. We're on at Club After in Itaewon from 9-11 so a great place to get started on Halloween shenanigans either in Itaewon or Hongdae.
