Yea I decided to cross Burma off the list this time around. Just Vietnam, Laos, Thailand and Cambodia. I have been to Vietnam and Thailand several times before. I will be spending most of my time in Laos and Cambodia. I suppose you are right about Pattaya, I will be skipping that as well.
