Indeed.

AFEK is not a place where you will find a network that can link you to private lessons unless you are on a F-visa and want to ask other F-visa holders there who teach about where to find legal private lessons.

If you are on an E2, those are illegal for you to do and no one at AFEK will be able to help you.

Yep for F-series visa holders who can teach private lessons legally....in that case AFEK could be a decent resource.
