What do you eat spinach with? What's it called in Korean? |

시금치 say it like "she-gum-chi"
In the morning, I usually blend a big handful of it, half a cucumber, a banana, and a whole lemon. Not just the juice, scoop out the whole lemon. Blend that with two scoops of protein powder and it gives me a quick jump start to the day.
You can also just throw a handful of it in a soup. It breaks down, so a large amount will quickly boil down to almost nothing. You can throw it on sandwiches (although it tastes a bit bitter raw.) |
