From the time i am emailed the basics of a school to when i give the recruiter an answer to whether or not i want an interview with the school.
How many hours? |

if you like the basics, ask for a copy of a sample contract and contact info for one or two former or current employees. |

Depends how much information you have on the job.
If you have the general conditions and a sample of a standard contract there, then accepting or declining an interview should be done within a few hours.
No sense is making a recruiter and employer wait too long to know if you want to interview with them...
Talking to other teachers on staff should be done AFTER the interview and BEFORE accepting a job offer. |
