There are lots of pawn shops in Seoul, but they don't really handle electronics or cameras all that much. No pawn shop does really. They deal more in jewelry and high end fashion purses and name brand things like that.
Your better bet is craigslist or the buy/sell forum here. |

Sell it at one of the places to the east of Namdaemun gate.
