Hi Everyone,
1. Am I allowed to return goods bought from one Emart at another Emart?
I am trying to return a heater a bought at the Bundang Emart. However, I live in Hongdae.
2. Does anyone know all the locations of Emarts in Seoul?
Thanks |

ALthough I have memorised every email location and closest subway station I am too tired to rattle them all off.. You could always check their website for locations, although it seems as though you already know where you are going. I am sure if you have the receipt and the exchange period hasn't elapsed you could get it returned. |

I am pretty sure you need to exchange it at the Emart in which you bought it..particularly if you have/try to use the receipt which will show which emart it was purchased from.
I exchanged a leather jacket 2 years ago in which several of the teeth fall out of the zipper within a week. I didn't have a receipt, and went to my nearest emart to exchange it. At that time I actually told them I had bought it at another location, and they told me I needed to go there.
Even without a receipt, I was able to exchange it for a new one with no problems. However if I had not told the location nearest me that I had purchased it elsewhere, they also may have exchanged it as well. |
