Our university switched from KT to LG for internet very recently. Talk about a massive fail!
Apparently KT is charging a huge premium for their internet on large contracts now? I guess they realize they are the fastest game in town after the Tsunami took out so many cables in the Japan area. The price proved too high for our school to pay, so we were all switched to LG. Now many pages to US sites will not even load unless you refresh several times and wait as long as 15 seconds (I counted). It's sooooo bad. Everyone hates it.
I have SK at home, and it's awful, too. Korean internet is now a total joke if you plan on surfing outside of Korea. |

Damn, it was awful before, I can't imagine what it's like now even more of the underseas have gone. Not looking forward to that when I return.
The worst thing are the gaming pings. horrendous on servers outside Korea. |
