Hi weso1,
I really don't think she is that interested in you. You probably never had many girls talk to you back home. All of a sudden, some girl says hi, and you get the big head. |

Cultural differences, maybe. Unless she asks you out, assume 99.999% of it is schoolyard hair-pulling camradarie-building stuff. If you're wrong and she really does think you're the awesomeness, deal with it when she asks you out on a date.
It's been my experience that my Korean friends and co-workers joked about love and relationships much more than what I was comfortable with or was used to. I had co-teachers tell me how beautiful I was (I'm a plain Jane) and how my male co-teachers wanted to marry me or were in love with me, etc. on a fairly regular basis. Really took some getting used to, honestly. Back home, the only people who complimented me that much did so with the motive of getting in my pants. No so in Korea.
I just put on a smile and teased them back about all the boyfriends/girlfriends they must have (teasing about sex made them about as uncomfortable as their teasing me about love and relationships, if I can generalize and presume that much from memory). No harm done, and no weirdness at work. |

| I agree with the other posts about keeping it professional. Ignore her advances and she will eventually stop it. If that doesn't work, just be honest and tell her you're gay! hehe..just kidding.. |

This is pretty common. Westerners smile more and generally act in a way that Koreans see as flirty, and this can wreak havoc at work. Not saying the OP did anything wrong, but who knows how the lady perceives him?
When they turn on you, watch out. They create all manner of lies and you won't even know what they are saying about you and will probably never be confronted on it. But it will have an effect.
Keep it as mellow and as professional as possible. Don't talk about GF's etc. Just be pleasant but slightly distant and do your job until it blows over and she loses interest gradually. |

| My sister also has awkward cow orkers; at least in my opinion. She, on the other hand, thinks her orkers are perfect. |

Easy.
