Boardwalk Empire had a great second season.

IMO, Treme is the best show on TV.

As far as guilty pleasures go, I enjoyed Suits.

I have been re-watching The Larry Sanders Show, and it is still as good as I remember it being. In a recent interview, the head of HBO TV programming cited the TLSS as the show that pushed HBO to stay on the course that would lead to The Sopranos, The Wire and so on.

Just watched first season of Game of Thrones.

Good, interesting characters with a plot that kept me guessing (No, I haven't read the books). Pity that Sean Bean had to die.

Eagerly awaiting the second season.

One other one-

Nodame Cantabile- Japanese show that has an anime version and a live-action drama version for all you anime-haters (I know some people out there can't stand anime, I don't care for it much, but the anime is relatively mild in its animeishness). It's about a romantic comedy about two young aspiring classical musicians. The guy is a very technical musician and the girl is a free-spirited one. Each episode usually features at least one work of classical music and sometimes the pieces are played in their near-entirety as performances. Pieces range from the well-known to more obscure ones.

I must say its a compliment to Japanese TV and their audience that they could successfully market such a show. I really would like to see an English-language and American/English cast of it.
