I did it
Mr Han got my taxes done (even after my family's accountant told me "You don't need to file anything" ) back taxes, and he will do them again. Not too pricey- around 150/200 thou won. |

When you apply for FAFSA just click the box that says you didnt file. The school will ask and just send in a statement saying I didnt file tax in year blank due to the fact my taxable income was under the threshold.
Never caused any problems. |
