Is a thread where we can get a sense of our grocery lists and where to find various items. Rmember that items come and go, so be patient.

Here is mine:

Foreigner Food Mart in the 'twon:

A quart of plain yogurt. It's in the back-left of the store in a fridge.
Aus/NZ Hallal ground lamb. 2 kinds. Get the one packaged down under.
Certain spices.

E-Mart Traders Beokjong, Yongin:

Soft taco shells.
Whole chickens (2 in 1 package)
Miso soup
Dorset Cereal

E-Mart, I-Park Mall, Yongsan

Denmark Plain yogurt
Australian grass-fed beef ground and steaks. (There is a guy in the back butcher shop that lived in England and speaks amazing English.)
Free-range chickens. (I think they are.)
Free-range eggs. (Green package.
Organic strawberries and blueberries.
Spagetti Noodles
Italian tomato sauce.
Organic vegetables.
Norwegian fish
Brazil Cerrado Coffee beans.
Sharp cheddar cheese
French AOC semi-salted Butter

Costco

Vegetables
Gherebaldi dark chocolate
odds and ends

iherb.com

Nutiva organic extra-virgin coconut oil (awesome stuff!!)
Amazing Grass Green Superfood
Many other things.

And here I thought this was a thread about some online hack to peek into shopping carts, or perhaps some ajumma looking into yours at the grocery store.

I would assume a soft taco shell is a tortilla, which aren't hard to find, seeing as how I have two different kinds in my mini Lotte Mart in my small little part above Masan. Not that difficult to find.

iherb
Raw, creamy honey that has bits of honeycomb in it
Bob's red mill oat bran hot cereal
Bob's red mill 10-grain porridge
Scandinavian crisp bread
gummy vitamins

ezshopkorea or nicemarket
frozen, individually sealed tilapia

foreign food market
Fiber one bars
tomato soup
dried beans
Kashi go lean crunch

homeplus
pilgrim's extra mature cheddar (when I'm out of the stronger stuff I brought back from the UK)
tesco's own baked beans in tomato sauce
fruit/veggies (I nearly always get mandarin oranges, apples, onions, and mushrooms, though I do often get others.)
goat milk
denmark plain no sugar yogurt
Australian apple cider (when they have it)
smoked duck (for the pooch)
kibble (for the pooch)
milk bones (for the pooch)
black rice
black barley
salsa
canned chopped tomatoes
canned tomato paste

That's basically what I keep on hand. I also often go to the Shinsegae wine shop and buy some nice stinky brie and a bottle of bordeaux, but that's more like once a month, nowadays, as I'm trying to budget a bit more this year.

I get these. They're not amazing alone (cardboard,) but they are a very healthy vehicle for cheese or bean dip. I also sometimes put tomato sauce and mozzarella on them for mini "pizza" that isn't unhealthy. They have 5 grams of fiber and 12 calories each.

Those items are from Costco, and available there for a lower price since it eliminates a middleman (middleperson?).

Yeah, but I have to go out of my way to go to Costco, and I don't drive, so it'd be a pain. I already go to Itaewon to meet up with friends or my professors on Saturdays, before or after school, and ezshopkorea delivers to my door. I consider it a convenience fee.

I have a gift certificate for Costco, but I've yet to go. When it's warmer, I'd like to check it out, but one of my 2 resolutions this year was to not spend as much on food, and I have a feeling that I'd go nuts there. I've cut my iherb shopping from once a week to once every month or two, to help pay for school.
