I live here, and I'm sure there are, there always are. It's just a matter of frequency. But yes, I agree, most Korean car dealers, recruiters and real estate agents are lying dishonest scum.
There are honest people even in China. Actually I think China might be better in this regard precisely because if you commit a fraud in China you're actually punished. Not just a slap on the wrist either....like hard, kick your ass prison time. Here you could murder several hundred people, claim you were drunk, and get off with a suspended sentence (or get life in prison and a pardon, a pension and security detail for life because you used to be president/dictator). China/Singapore/anywhere else? Death or life in prison. |
