Do Uk nationals get tax exemptions and pensions as well, or is it just for the north americans?

Exemption from income tax for up to 2 years PROVIDED they work at a public university or public school. They are NOT exempted if they work at a hagwan or company.

They are NOT exempt from the NTS (national pension) and they do NOT qualify for the pension refund on departure ( http://www.nps.or.kr ).

How do they distinguish private and public universities? Is there a list of public universities?
