Anyone else getting one?
- Retina display
- quad core graphics
- 5 megapixel camera
- HD video recording
- 4g LTE
- Siri like dictation
- personal hotspot capability
Unilike the scramble to get the ipad 2, this one was relatively easy. The store crashed twice, but once it went back up, I ordered a white 64gig and a black 64gig relatively painlessly. They are expected to arrive on the 16th. No waiting in line for me! |

I was really hoping for a tactile touchscreen this time, oh well. The retina display and 5MP camera sound great, but not enough to justify me dumping my iPad 1 |

I might get an iPad 2 over the next month. If it's anything like when the iPad 2 was announced (when you could get 64 GB 3G original iPads for $300), then that might be the deal for me. |

Yeah, I'm still fine with my iPad 1, and am really not sure if I need to upgrade. 2 years of using this sucker (every day), and it's still going strong. I'll wait and see when I have a new one in my hands. If its noticeably faster/better, I'll consider it. |

Still no Flash support, no SD card slot and no native support for xvid/divx files but it does look nice. I wonder how long it will take for the first jailbreak? That would make it more tempting.. |

There are SD adapters for the iPad, as well as HDMI out. But even that, plus flash would not make it tempting for me. |

I see the new Ipad like the 4S Iphone.
Ipad 1 users would be happy with an update.
Ipad 2 users can just wait til next year. |

Not sure I want to shell out $400+ for a glorified way to play Angry Birds. Pretty much anyone I see using tablets (at least in Korea) is surfing the web, playing games, or using Kakao Talk.
Until these things can actually distinguish themselves enough from my Galaxy Note, seems like a pretty huge waste of money. |

My Ipad 2 is mainly used for video streaming. I have also found it extremely useful at times when I need a computer. Like when you are walking around and you need to look something up.
The bigger screen of a tablet makes web browsing and watching videos nice. |

My tablet (not iPad) is basically a glorified e-reader/SNES game player now. Good thing I didn't waste the money on an iPad: I'd have lost half my functionality thanks to Apple's restrictive software policy and paid probably over twice as much. |

Can we please please PLEASE stop saying this? I own 0 Apple products right now and I HATE Flash! Apple was right to drop it and people like you say stupid things like this, implying that it might be considered in the future. Even Adobe is killing it off, why bring it up? |

My Ipad 2 is jailbroken. Jailbreaking just made it awesome. |
