I found the pull up bar on the interpark website and the resistance bands on gmarket.

They're pretty easy to find and not that expensive.

Not trying to hijack the thread, but does anyone know where to find 1.25 kg olympic plates? Need a pair of these plates for lifting. My gym only has 2.5 kg plates, and a 5kg bump in weights makes for easy plateaus.

I've got a pair of 30 or 35 pounders (I'll have to do some digging tomorrow to look). Should be in good condition.

Also have a roll-up mat.

I'll sell the weights for 20,000 and the mat for 5,000. You'd have to come pick them up.
