I have landed myself in an awkward position.I am waiting for my notice of appointment for a public school job.The problem is that now I have found out that I was successful in another public school interview.I would like to choose the second public school job. Both jobs are in different provinces. Will there be any repercussions from the first office of education if I let them know I won't be taking their job offer after they have sent out their notice of appointment?Could I be blacklisted from that province? |

Choosing the second would be a bad dharma. Perish the thought. |

You're essentially telling them you don't want to work and you're going to play around with them. That's the way they will see it. If there is any kind of record of you not taking the job after being appointed you won't get another job from any public school in Korea since I'm pretty sure every public school will check around . I don't thinks its a good idea. |
