I just exchanged my American license for a Korean one. Took about an hour and a half.
Go to DLA->register->pay fees->do a simple physical (vision test)->20 question written test->pay fees->(if pass) pick up license and go home.
The only thing is these days they make you get an apostille but if you're an American citizen with an American license the US embassy in Seoul will do that for you. Also some states you don't even have to take the 20 question test. |
