I had a relative who did it and honestly felt inclined to have her remove it.
Is it dangerous? |

How could that be dangerous?
You mean someone could copy the picture, then edit the name, and then they would have a digital image of a (fake) degree? How would that affect the original degree holder though? |

Yeah, I don't really see the issue. I just googled a photo of my university's diploma, and it wouldn't be difficult to find a list of names that attended the university (even if your Facebook doesn't say). What's the worst that could happen? |

not dangerous at all, if you are that paranoid just upload the picture with a watermark. but seriously. it's not worth worrying about.
there are hundreds of degree mills on the internet if someone wants a fake degree. |
