I have made a big lifestyle change and my current diet is really good.
I'm finding everything I need really easily, but I need more fiber.
I ordered this one fiber mix (sprinkle fiber by 35 diet) to add to food or liquid etc from iHerb, but it's terrible. In cold things it turns gummy and well, it sucks.
I checked my local e-mart, but didn't see any fiber supplements.
I think a pill or a decent mix if anyone can recommend and also tell me where to find it would be great!
Thanks! |

Pick up some Tesco Bran Flakes at Homeplus. Forget about pills and mixes. And if you can, invest in a little brown rice cooker (apparently you can't cook brown rice in just any cooker) and eat brown rice instead of white rice. |

Thanks for the advice, but I don't eat any rice.
I love the way my diet is, and I get fiber, just not as much as I would like.
I'm just looking to boost my fiber without altering my day to day eating schedule much. |

Hi there,
I am afraid I don't know of any fibre supplements. If you don't eat rice, then I suggest whole wheat bread. Surprisingly, E-Mart has only just started selling it, or at least it has at my local one near Garden 5, Songpa-gu.
Joe Boxer's suggestion of Bran Flakes is a great idea, too.
Broccoli and nuts are high in fibre too...and don't forget the humble potato |

Really? I always have, and my coworkers told me that they do, too... You just need to add a bit more water than with regular rice. But I hate brown rice so I like to mix it with white rice and beans~ ^.^
There's a company called Nutrilite (an offshoot of Amway) that my diet-conscious boss always orders stuff from~ They have a container of fiber pellets that you can eat whole, sprinkle on things, etc, or grind up~ I think the taste is pretty good and add it to cereal ^.^ |

iherb.com. without a doubt. i use it for many things from supplements to soaps to food. they have a pretty huge selection and fast shipping via korean post which bypasses customs.
the coupon code UGA454 will net you 5 dollars in savings too. |

Thanks but I clearly know about iHerb if you read the post. I'm looking for suggestion on iHerb or a place in Korea. I will check out the nutrilite. Thanks for that. |

in seoul, kiwis can be had for 6 for 1000KRW. but anyway, raisin bran is pretty cheap at costco, as is oatmeal. if you absolutely refuse to add anything to your diet besides a supplement, you can get metamucil at the namdaemun black market. |

+1 for Psyllium Fibre, in husk, powder or capsule form. I've been taking 6 a day for the last month or so and they've been fantastic. |

Just a heads up! http://www.iherb.com/?rcode=BAP895 free shipping is back for now - for orders over $60!
(and of course BAP895 is the code to get $5 off any order under $40 or $10 for orders above $40!) |
