I'm thinking of trying to get in shape again but find that working out at home is more easier then going to the jym . If anyone with a little more experience at exercising would comment on this product, I'd be interested to hear your opinion.

Looks like it would work ok... but you really need to combine that with double-shakeweights for maximum effect.

Just get a good workout partner. There's no need to pay for that. Just wait thirty minutes after a meal.

On the very, very off-chance you were being serious - just go to the gym. I hate working out at home, despise it in fact. The gym is so much better because once you are there, there is nothing else to do but work out. Home has too many distractions and not enough variety of gear.
