Has anyone had laser eye surgery done here in Seoul?

What were your experiences with your surgery? How much was it and who did you get it done with?

Thanks.

They were wrong or mistaken. No it doesn't. The complications arise with farsightedness. Someone with problems seeing distant objects is usually better at focusing on objects that are very close, as a consequence of the eye's curvature. As laser surgery changes the curve of the eye this advantage is nullified. The person over 40 who has had laser surgery is thus more likely to need glasses for detailed vision close-up than if they hadn't had the surgery at all.

If it's very small print you can usually press 'Ctrl' '+' to biggen it. Or go to settings to change the font on your phone. Otherwise it rarely is a problem and the fact you can hold your phone/watch/instructions further and still focus on them means that you're better of having the procedure than not.

There's an advanced laser-eye clinic in Gimhae, one of the best in the world (so I hear). They charge 2,500 000 W to get both eyes done together - or did, last year.

I had my LASEK surgery over three years ago and don't regret it at all. I chose LASEK as I like to participate in sports where I might get hit in the head.

The total cost was 1.4 million. The clinic is in Bundang.
