My girlfriend moved back home and I am looking for a housemate to share our comfortable 'ju-tek' house near the Suwon Bus Terminal.
It is close to major bus, subway, and train lines so is very convenient to get around if you rely on public transportation. You get your own
room, which is small, but the house makes up for it. It is already fully furnished so you would only need to take care of your own bed. We
already have extra closets, bedside tables, and bookshelves. There is also a treadmill available to you.
The safety deposit is 1 million won and the rent is 250,000 a month. Available immediately
I am:
Clean, neat, like a few drinks 2-3 times a week but other than that like to stay in. I study a lot so my weekdays are low key.
