| I watched it this morning while my husband got some more tests, and it was a nice distraction. I'm looking forward to seeing how it all pans out. |

| The last episode was a bit silly at times and was full of plot holes, but the ending more than made up for it. |

| apparently none of you have watched the greatest show ever on TV....Twin Peaks. The best show by far. It crushes all three of these. Breaking Bad is second behind this show for me. |

My husband recently had me watch all of Twin Peaks with him, as it's one of his favorites. I liked it. I prefer Arrested Development and Curb Your Enthusiasm, but I'm sure that that surprises nobody here.
I'm looking forward to next week's BB episode.
On a happier note, the doctors said that they think that, barring any issues, my husband might be let out of the hospital next Friday. Fingers crossed. |

| what do the writers do with Skyler and Jesse? Maybe they will eventually collaborate against Walter at some point eliminating him at the end of the series. |

| Anyone have a theory on what kind of plan Walter has? I can't think of a good one where everybody wins other than perhaps water down the methylamine. But then the Pheonix guys would find out it was watered down. |

No idea. That's part of the show's charm, I guess.
There's only two episodes left in this season; I wonder what cliffhanger they are going to end it on.
Personally, I would love for the final scene to be Hank discovering the bug in the picture frame and realizing that it was Walt all along.
That way, there can be a little cat and mouse at the start of the next season as Hank searches for concrete evidence. |

Just read that. Season 5 is being split into 2 parts with 8 episodes each. Part 2 starts next summer. Weird. |

That sounds like a great idea. Although I think it'd be a bit of a stretch in the sense that so far, every character besides Walter and Jesse have pretty much just been plot devices. They haven't really fully fleshed out anyone else. One of my favorite people on the show is Saul, for example, but he's just there when it's convenient. It'd be a bit jarring for Hank to suddenly take the spotlight.
For a while I thought it'd be Walt vs. Jesse in the end but with the way Jesse's character has been going, I'm not so sure. |

I think Walt will try to move to Phoenix and cook blue for the other guys. Skylar gets to bring the kids home, Mike and Jesse get paid, the competition gets the best scante, Walt continues to develop his empire. Everyone wins.
Until Hank puts two and two together after the blue stuff starts to surface in the Phoenix market. |

I think the problem with that is Walter made it pretty clear he's in it to become the top dog. After making such a fuss over not answering to anyone after Fring died, it wouldn't make sense for him to work for another crew. Unless he convinces them that he should be the one running things (or convinces himself that he's the boss) I don't see it happening. |
