| Actually near Sungyunkwan Univ. is quite cheap...I've heard pf 5 000 000 won and 300 000 won for decent old apartments....so for 500 000 I think you could get quite a nice apartment around there.... I haven't seen a Zen Bar in Hyehwa near Comfort Zone |

Maybe 5 years ago. That area is one of the priciest because SKKU doesn't have dorms for students. A closer estimate would be 5,000,000 down and 700,000 for a studio. |

I was just looking at apartments in the area and I couldnt find anything for under 600$ that wasnt the size of hamster cage. Hansung area had better places for cheaper, still a bit pricy, but that area of the city is just expensive to live in no matter what you get. |
