| Those fans make great souvenirs for your non-Asian friends. They're easy to pack in your luggage, you can slip them between anything. Try that with celadon pottery. Whitey just love dressing up a room with an Asian style fan. And they're pretty colorful. This reminds me of a dilemma I have when buying souvenirs in Korea or Japan. Your white friends generally like anything with an Asian feel. Your non-Korean Asian friends, you know, they've got enough Asian stuff like fans and stash boxes. I usually pick them up some Korean ginseng tea. But then your Korean friends back in North America are really hard. Not only do they have enough Asian shyte but then they have all the Korean trinkets. Usually I try to pick them up a current Korean movie on DVD. |

| The traditional ones are alright, but I really like the electric ones that kill you in your sleep. |

Oh? I bought an electric fan a couple weeks ago. What should I know? |
