I'd check Pinoy Mart in Haebangchon or High Street Market in Itaewon. If not, they can probably order it for you. |

I'd check the bigger Homeplus(Tesco) shops too. |

I've seen it at some higher end department stores and some of the bigger hotel deli shops. |

OP, the answer to your question is "no". No-one has seen HP Sauce in Korea. It simply isn't imported here.
You will get some people telling you they have seen it. Many of those will be people who are making an honest mistake in confusing very probably A1 Steak sauce that they have seen, and is in a similar size and shape bottle, with HP Sauce.
Others will be simply BSing. A year or so ago, can't remember if it was on this forum or a similar one, there was a girl who swore blind that she'd seen it in E-mart and when challenged about it, angrily protested that as she was British herself she would never mistake anything else for it. But there were never any other reports of people having seen it in an e-mart and a friend of mine received an e-mail from e-mart mall, their online shopping service, confirming that they don't import or sell HP Sauce and never have done.
Sorry, but unless you're a fan of wild goose chases, don't bother looking without photographic evidence. Just stock up with it next time you or someone you know is back in the UK.
Incidentally, you can find it in Taiwan and China, but it's at a huge mark-up. |

In all my five years here I have never ever seen HP Sauce in Korea. As someone has said, there is the A1 sauce that I have bought in desperation in the past, but it is never the same as the real thing.
HP Sauce is one of the only things that I always make sure to bring with me from home.
Actually, I recently found this website: http://www.britishcornershop.co.uk that ships to South Korea, and they have HP sauce on it. I haven't used the site yet because I am still trying to figure out if its worth it. But still, thought I'd throw it out there as an option. |

I haven't seen it in Seoul. It can be ordered from Amazon, but it costs a LOT after shipping. I'm having 2 bottles sent in my Christmas care package. |

Y22 is admittedly cheaper than what I saw it being sold for on a visit to Shanghai. It was Y40 - Y50 in a couple of "import" shops and in a department store food section. It was cheaper (about Y30 IIRC) in a Tesco that I had a look around near Shanghai station.
But Y22 is still about 2 and half times what you'd pay for the same size bottle in the UK and about twice what you'd pay for a 30% larger bottle than that one. I note that site also has a delivery charge per item, which would effectively almost double the price. So if I (or any other heavy user of HP) lived in Shanghai, I'd still think it a much better idea to stock up with a few bottles on yearly trips back to the UK unless I'd suddenly run out and was desperate. |

Aha, I see.
Yes, they do have a delivery charge for anything less than 200rmb ($30). There are several actual stores located around the city. I like to shop in-store, as there will be things that may not be on the website. It's an awesome place even if it is a bit pricey. |

go to either mokdong or omokgyo stations. it's on the main road between the two of them. not sure which exit, maybe 1 at omokgo and turn right as you exit |
