Hey y'all
How scary is it when the recruiting agency places an ad for a job which reads 'work days, Mom-Fry'(recently found on job board)!!??
Wouldn't you think that the people hired to bring people to Korea to teach English would have a slightly better command of the English language themselves?
I mean, you might mistake 'Mom for Mon', but 'Fry'!? |

I always find it funny when ads are listed as "decent job openings" or when jobs state in the listing that tax is 3.3%. Nothing like being open about cheating you! |

Spelling mistakes happen. I can forgive, after I have a giggle. What I can not forgive is having the actual ability to communicate with me. Recruiters who can not communicate with me in English via phone or email, are just a waste of time.
The tax rate thing, well that is less the recruiters fault, then the schools fault. What I do not like is recruiters who do not know their business. When a recruiter does not understand how a D-10 works, then they are a cruddy one. If they do not know what steps are needed to get a teacher a visa, they are a waste of time and make life complicated. Being sneaky and avoiding telling the complete truth about a school, I once again understand. It is their nature. NET's need to understand these people. |

Maybe they have some family restaurant option for lunch if you work there
Anyway, it doesn't matter. Talk with the school and see how you get along with them. |

Might have been the auto-correct / spell check feature rather than poor English language skills.
I have the same problems with my tablet.
