My family and I are staying at the Intercontinental hotel for three days in January. Will we be able to get discounted lift tickets to Yongpyong ski resort through the hotel even though it's next to Alpensia ski resort and 3km from Yongpyong?

I wear size 13 in the US. Will it be possible for me to rent snowboarding boots in Korea? I have had no luck finding shoes my size here, so that's why I'm asking.

Thanks

Call the resort you plan on going to. They all have a rental shop. I'm sure you'll be able to get someone on the line who can get that info for you.

With that said, I've seen plenty of 6 foot-something Russians in rental gear, so my guess is that resort rental shops have your size. Don't take my word for it, though. Call first.
