Korea seems to be covered in cloth banners these days. EVERYWHERE. But, I don\'t really care. Koreans can make there country as ugly and garish as they wish. (And they are doing a pretty good job.) Anyway, banners appear right outside my house and interfere with pedestrians, including me. Also, Im pretty sure the people who made these banners, or the advertisers, are not paying for this advertising space. So the question is:
Can we legally cut down these dangerous eyesores? |

I know there are strict laws against removing the political ones, but not sure about the others.
I agree with you about them eye sores. |

I never touch the election advertising. But even THEY are fair game now. |

My elementary school cuts them down, but these guys have the nerve to post them on the school fence - private property. |
