Does anyone know about any bars or restaurants holding Rose Bowl showings for the Wisconsin vs. Stanford game? |

I'll save you the suspense- The Wisconsin Fraudgers will lose for the third straight year.
What a lame excuse of a program. Can only win the Big Ten if its shared, another team is on probation, or if they don't play Ohio State. Can never make it through undefeated. |

Big 10 is a lame excuse of a conference. |

Long time followers of Badger football remember that back in the 1998 Rose Bowl UW got in through tie breakers and didn't look very strong. ESPN's Craig James said they're "the worst team I can remember playing in the Rose Bowl." After the Badgers won a player quipped "I guess were the second-worst."
I look forward to seeing Alvarez back on the sideline. He'll use things people say about OSU probation to fire up the team. They'll be ready to play, and I think UW has an excellent chance of winning |

Despite the Big 10's weaknesses, I'd agree that Wisco has a great shot at winning. They're much better than their record, and having Alvarez on the sideline will only fire up the troops even more. Should be a heckuva game.
So, where to watch? Is Sam Ryan's opening for it? |

Big 10 sucks, and Wisconsin couldn't beat Mississippi State if they played. |

Not a Big-10 homer or fan at all, but Alvarez is a helluva coach. I wouldn't sleep on Wisconsin. |

You never know how a team will react to losing a coach during Bowl season. Some teams rally around the interim coach and want to show the former coach that he was wrong to leave while other teams fall apart. As for Ohio State being on probation this year, well, don't do the crime if you can't do the time, no no, don't do it.
BTW, I trust that some of you may or may not know that Korea is filled with Badgers who are teaching in many hakwans and GEPIK schools. They have some program that brings them to Korea. Good for them. In years past they have literally taken over certain sports bars during the UW Bowls. |

Just because you manage to beat Stanford and UCLA in the 90s when the PAC-10 was weak doesn't make your program one of the great ones.
Every Badger fan I meet talks like they're at the level of a U-M or an OSU or PSU. Please.
And the Big Ten sux. |

I'm not a Badger or a Big 10 alum. Just stating the fact that many Badgers are teaching here. Having people around you, in a bar or restaurant, who actually care about the game adds to the fun. Having someone there who knows how the sport is played is a plus, too. |
