I agree with this, unless they are over-the-top annoying fans.

Anyway, we all know that the real big boy football is played in the SEC. Go Gators! Chomp!!

Just because you manage to beat Stanford and UCLA in the 90s when the PAC-10 was weak doesn't make your program one of the great ones.

Every Badger fan I meet talks like they're at the level of a U-M or an OSU or PSU. Please.

And the Big Ten sux.

Funny, so much anger and bitterness here, Steelrails, after someone who asked an innocent question about the Rose Bowl...nobody made any claim that Wisconsin was "great."

I think it's obvious where my college football sympathies lie...but actually I find Wisconsin football fans to to be generally nice, practical, and not obnoxious compared to the three schools you listed here. They spent decades as a very bad program and their fans deserve to enjoy the success they've garnered over the last 20 years. I feel a bit akin to them as a Gamecock. And yes, they have been just as good if not better than BOTH Michigan and Penn State in the last two decades.

Ohio State has been much better of course, during the last 20 years, but the Big Ten has fallen mightily.
