Most people here know the problems I've had with them cutting off sideburns... you'd think the things were a sin to have in Korea.

absolutely- I've been in with several days worth of stubble, they've cut the side burns off and just left a bare patch about and inch down before the stubble starts. Luckily I seem to have found a place that understands my very very basic requirements now- and for 5,000 won too.

I was told by the recuiter that the Koreans were shaving Nazi's and that i should have a shave for the photo i had to send. But then he said once you're here it doesnt matter. Letting my grow and then i'll trim it in to something cool. Cool

I was watching Queer Eye For The Straight Guy last night, and this guy had worn a really thick beard for like the past 20 years. Yes, they made him shave it off. It was really funny to see how pale his skin under the beard was compared to the rest of his face, Very Happy
