Does anyone know how to make their website into English language?
I have searched and I only found this link;

tha.mofat.go.kr/eng/as/tha/main/index.jsp

You can see it has eng for english in it but it just keeps switching to Korean.

I'm trying to find out consulate times for visa services, costs.

Well, I tried to e-mail them, that didn't work it was undeliverable. I tried to call, that didn't work either.
The consulate in chiangmai doesn't issue visas.
I searched a better part of a day searching on the internet, the most current info I could find is at least 5 years old.

Any suggestions?

I got a visa there about three years ago, no problem. If you're in BKK why not just go in person? Do a google search for a map if you need one.

They take visa applications from 8:30 to 10:30. It says so on a page that's five years old, but there's no indication that it has changed.

I couldn't find any information about costs for visas.

Not too bad. 5 to 10 minutes walk from the Bangkok Convention Center subway stop if I remember right. Gotta cross a really busy road though, so be careful.
Taxi from Sukhumvit Rd area was only a couple of bucks.
