But it still stands. If your car gets selected, hand it over. If it gets commandeered, drive for them or give up the keys.

To complain about it is just utterly contemptible. 70 years ago our grandparents emptied out their kitchens of their luxury tin and steel, ate meager rations, and did whatever they could to support the cause. How could any of us face them if we had the OP's attitude?

Sometimes I'm really worried about the reading and comprehension ability of ESL teachers in Korea - This is a direct insult, aimed at you Steelrails!

I'll leave even more personal insults off the table at the moment. Very Happy

If you're still reading 'metal head' I was IMPLYING that if a Korean soldier were to ask an old Korean guy for his car and IF the old guy said 'no' - what would happen?

Of course this would never happen if it was a US soldier, because they wouldn't even ask - they'd (in some cases - for balance) just drag them out the window!

Hearts and minds and all that! Rolling Eyes

You still reading Steel rails?

Give yourself a pat on the back! good boy!

Have a nice weekend. Razz

Well if your post is all in good fun, of course we can laugh about the ridiculousness that might take place.
