Teachers surveyed in America generally reported high rates of satisfaction with their life. It looks like we picked a good profession. Teaching rocks!

In what country? Korea? Canada? The United States? I assume teaching would be a pretty good gig in all of those countries (depending on your position). |

Though to be fair, most of us enjoyed it. But it does attract some total killjoys. |

As does every profession, but yes, many a staffroom are poisonous places. |

From reading this board, I would guess the satisfaction level of teachers in the ROK is somewhere close to Bush's approval rating in his 2nd term. |

Very similar in Canada as well. |
