In the day there was no shortage of places to buy pirated DVD's in Itaewon. You couldn't cross the street without running into some dude with his collection of new releases. Where did they all go? Why is it so difficult to locate a 'dealer' in the Itaewon area?

And no, I do not believe for one moment that the police decided to suddenly enforce the law.

Sure they did.

No donation to the policeman's retirement fund then no operation on the street.

Wait till after payday.

Why pay for pirated dvds when you can download HD content in a few minutes?

Anybody buying pirated DVDs in this day and age is in serious need of an internet lesson.

DVDs?....what are they? Wink

Seriously OP, google 'torrent sites' and see for yourself the abundance of places where the latest TV programs and movies can be downloaded for nothing. This, combined with Korea's superfast internet, will answer your question about where all Itaewon's pirate DVD dealers have gone.
