Effective April 1, 2013, foreigners will be able to conveniently use the EMS after normal postal office hours at the Seoul Central Post Office.
EMS is the quickest and safest way to send emergency letters, documents and packages to a foreign country. Each package must weigh 30kg or less (and sometimes can only be up to 15 or 20 kg for certain countries). Another convenient quality of EMS is its tracking service.
In addition to normal postal office hours, foreigners will be able to use the EMS from 6pm~9pm Monday through Friday.
When: 6pm~9pm (Monday~Friday)
Where: Seoul Central Post Office.
Directions:
1) From Euljiro Station (subway line 2) exit 6, walk 7 minutes.
2) From Myeongdong Station exit 5 (subway line 4) walk 5 minutes, make right at intersection across from Shinsegae Department Store. The post office is across the street from the Bank of Korea building
※For acceptable sizes, weight, fees, customs details, etc, please contact the post office

Plus that Post Office is open on Saturdays from 9 am-1 pm, but not on holidays.
